The Sensiplan® method is a Symptothermal Fertility Awareness-Based Method that teaches you how to observe your daily biomarkers—such as Basal Body Temperature (BBT), cervical mucus, and cervix position—to understand your fertility status.

This method is suitable for women at all stages of life, from puberty to menopause and everything in between, including postpartum and after discontinuing hormonal birth control. When used correctly to avoid pregnancy, it is up to 99.6% effective, making it a highly reliable form of natural contraception.

For those trying to conceive, charting your cycle can enhance your chances by helping you accurately identify your fertile window.

Additionally, the menstrual cycle is considered a fifth vital sign and can be used to chart for health. It provides valuable insights into your reproductive and overall well-being. Are you ovulating regularly? Is your luteal phase sufficient? Is your cycle consistent? Does your chart indicate any hormonal imbalances? Are you approaching menopause? By charting your menstrual cycle, you can answer these questions and manage symptoms associated with various phases of your cycle, such as PMS.
